Bio...

Since his 1st place position in the 1998 World Junior Triathlon Championships, Tim Don has been one of Britain’s most successful athletes. He has three Olympic triathlon experiences, Athens, Sydney and Beijing, but the highlight was winning the 2006 World Title in Lausanne. He also has seven ITU World Cup wins to his name.

In 2011 Tim secured three top-10 finishes at the ITU World Campionship Series.

2010 saw Tim secure 1st place in the 2010 Hy-Vee ITU Triathlon Elite Cup, finish 3rd in the Dextro Energy Triathlon ITU World Championship Series in Hamburg and claim silver behind Jonny Brownlee at the ITU Sprint Triathlon World Championships in Lausanne in August. Tim ran a lifetime best of 28.56 at the Great Manchester 10km in May 2010. 

Tim was born in Isleworth, London and is the son of former Premier League referee Philip Don. He is married to a former elite runner, and became a father to Matilda Sophia Don in October 2010. 

Tim a member of UK Sport Lottery funded British Triathlon 2012 Squad and was voted the 2010 British Triathlon Male Elite Duathlete of the Year.
