Jodie had a breakthrough season in 2009, winning the British Triathlon Super Series and agressively leading out the run at the Dextro Energy Triathlon ITU World Championship Series London. She has since won the Super Series another two times, taking the title three times in a row (2009, 2010 and 2011).
In 2012 Jodie finished 5th at the World Triathlon Series Grand Final in Auckland, New Zealand - arguably the best result of her career. She also won the ITU World Cup event in Guatape, Colombia.
She was previously coached by Michelle Dillon, and in 2012 joined Darren Smith's international coaching group, which also features Olympic silver medallist, Lisa Norden.
Jodie is based in Birmingham, and is part of the UK Sport Lottery funded British Triathlon World Class Performance Programme.
